About the Book
Tales from Thurmons Corners is a fictional memoir. It is the story of Dave Lang, a man who returns to the small Midwestern community where he was born, in search of something he has lost in his life.
Revisiting various moments of his early life, he regains the simplicity of living life fully with innocence and enthusiasm and learns that placing value on time and life gained not lost, is a blessing that is renewed every day, with every breath we take.
Tales from Thurmons Corners celebrates the quiet strength, common sense and resilience of the people who inhabit the flatland prairie.
