The Hudson Area Library will be holding a Parent Child Academy on Saturdays from 10:30am – 1pm, on November 12, 19, and December 3, 10, and 17. [Update: We will not have a session on the November 26, due to the holiday weekend.] The Academy will provide free and open activities for parents of children from the ages of birth to five years that will help you in your role as your children’s first and best teacher, and get your child ready to enter school with the skills and love for reading that they need. Breakfast and lunch are on us, and we have AmeriCorps volunteers that will have some great activities for your children that are two and over. Books and prizes will be given away each week. Transport to the library is available.
