The library offers programs for children, teens, adults, English as a second language, and more.

Youth Programs
Pre-K Children Story and Craft Hour
Stories with crafts or free play.
Wednesdays 10:00am-11:00am (Only September to June)

Language Enrichment Program
Wednesday evenings 6:00pm-8:00pm
Literacy skills practice for youth ages 2 and up who are wishing to improve their English language abilities. Coincides with Wednesday evening Adult ESL classes.
Adult Programs
Adult Introduction to Spanish Classes
Tuesday Evenings 6:15pm-7:15pm
Express yourself in real situations. Be able to communicate for work, travel or just for fun. Space is limited.
Columbia County Photography Club
2nd and 4th Tuesday, 6:00pm-8:00pm

Hudson Library Book Club
Meets once per month in the early evening. Dates are decided for the next month at the group’s meeting.

Serving adults wanting to improve their reading, writing and English speaking skills with one to one tutoring and English classes. Our free English classes meet on Wednesday evenings 6:00pm-8:00pm and Thursday mornings 10:00am-12:00pm. (free child care available to children of registered students ages 2 and up).
Ask about our Project READ program that sends volunteers into classrooms to spread the love of reading to Hudson’s children. To find out how you can apply as a student or about our wonderful volunteer opportunities, call our literacy office or stop in during office hours.
