Back to School Fun Night

Kids Break WeekJoin Ms. Pam in the Children’s Room on Tuesday, September 1 from 6-7pm for Back to School Fun Night! Come on in and get excited for the start of the new school year. There will be stories for the elementary set and students of all ages can decorate goal posters with ideas they have for making the 2015-2016 year the best yet. There will be a bookmark making station where kids can create their own bookmark to save their place in all those great books they will be reading this year. We’ll also have book giveaways and other fun activities to help get kids excited for the coming school year.

Multicultural Adventures with Operation Unite

Join us on an adventure each week as we discover new countries and explore different cultures through music, dance, stories, crafts, and other fun activities! The next sessions will focus on Haiti (October 23) and India (October 30).

The program runs each Thursday from 3:45-5pm in the Children’s Room. All ages are welcome!

This free community arts program, a collaboration with Operation Unite, is made possible in part with public funds from the Decentralization Program of the New York State Council on the Arts, administered through the Community Arts Grants Program by the Greene County Council on the Arts.
