Auto-renewal of library materials and courtesy notices are going live on May 15! Two days before an item is due, we will attempt to renew the item for you. If you are signed up for email notices for your library account, you will receive a courtesy notice letting you know the new due date for any item that we are able to renew. If an item cannot be renewed (e.g. if there are additional holds on the item, or the item has reached the renewal limit), we will send you a courtesy notice by email, reminding you of the item’s due date. Phone calls will not be made for auto-renewals. If you would like to switch from phone call notices to email notices, please let staff know by visiting the main desk, emailing email@example.com, or calling 518-828-1792 x100 to update your account.
