Core Strength & Balance: Register for Spring Classes!

We are continuing to offer the popular beginning and intermediate classes of “Senior Fitness: Core Strength & Balance with Paul Spector,” in series of four classes each throughout 2018. All classes will be on Saturdays, 1:30-2:30pm. February and March classes are filled; if you wish to register for April or May classes please do so  as soon as possible.

Second intermediate: April 7, 14, 21 & 28
Third beginner: May  5, 12, 19 & 26

Core Strength & Balance introduces exercises that improve postural stability, core strength, spatial body awareness, sensory integration, agility and coordination. The class size has a cap of 12 to allow greater flexibility in addressing the needs of each participant. After completing the series of four sessions, the individual will have mastered a balance routine that they can continue independently at home. Intermediate students, who have taken the beginner class, will receive some further exercises.   Continue reading
