Strength & Stretching for Runners & Walkers

Program Description: This free exercise session at the library is led by Kylah Campeta of LYF fitness in Hudson. As you prepare to run the Ghostly Gallop in Hudson on Oct. 21, learn how stretching and strength work can improve your finishing time. Every attendee gets $5 off their Ghostly Gallop entry fee! Kylah is certified in Athletic training, pre/post natal training, boxing, spin, TRX, stretching and dance/movement.
