From April 22 through May 19, the library will be running an online survey to understand how patrons use the library’s technology so we can provide resources and services that are valuable to the community.
The Impact Survey is anonymous, available in English and Spanish, and takes 10-15 minutes to complete. The survey is confidential and does not collect any personally identifiable information.
Please support the library and help us improve our services. Click the “Take Our Survey” button to access the survey. If you are using a library public access computer to fill out the survey, feel free to let office staff know if you need your computer time extended.
The Impact Survey is a project of the University of Washington Information School. For more information about the Impact Survey, visit http://impactsurvey.org.
To enable those of you who could not participate in our new library design focus groups to provide us with feedback about what you want in the new library, we have developed an online survey.
Before You Take the Survey
Our library design consultant Kim Cullin has created a presentation, “Creating a Thriving 21st Century Library” to provide a brief overview of the activities, programs, spaces, and tools that are part of what other libraries across the country are doing to become a 21st century library. This presentation will provide you with a larger frame of reference before you fill out the online survey.
NOTE: this file has been compressed to make it easier to download. It will look fine on your computer screen but will not look very good if you print it out.
