The Hudson Area Library Book Sale Room is open this Saturday, December 15 for their last sale of 2012! Sponsored by the Friends, this year’s holiday selection is bigger and better than ever! A great place to browse, the Book Sale Room has a book for every reader on your gift list, all at discounted prices. With thousands of books to choose from in over forty categories. The inventory includes fabulous cookbooks, mint condition books perfect for gifts, books that make great stocking stuffers, as well as a large selection of specialty and newly released books. Also, hundreds of children’s books will be offered at very low prices for every level of reader. Also offered are movies, music and audio books. New books are added weekly, so you’re sure to find something for everyone on your gift list this year. The Book Sale Room is open Saturdays between 10am and 1pm!
You can also find books for the art-lover on your gift list at sketch, a new, fun art supply and stationery store in Hudson. sketch now has a collection of select art books hand-chosen from the Friends’ extensive Book Sale Room inventory for sale. There you can find quality books on crafting, technique, individual artists, as well as coffee table books. There are even books for kids in this collection! The store, located at 701 Warren Street, is open daily from 10-7pm. So stop in, say hello and buy a great book for the aspiring artist in you or a friend! All proceeds go directly to the Friends of the Hudson Area Library.
