Thank you to our many, many participants, sponsors and volunteers involved in this year’s Ghostly Gallop! We had adults, kids, babies and dogs run, walk, roll and trot all over the city of Hudson on Saturday, October 27th. There was a total of 14 participants in the Kids Race, and 149 participants in the Adult Race…our largest number of participants in the history of the Gallop! Here is the list of the overall winners:

Women’s Overall Winners: 1st place- Alexandra Bartolotta, 20:44
                                                2nd place- Erin Russo, 21:51
                                                3rd place- Mia Modafferi, 22:25
Men’s Overall Winners:      1st place- Trey Hotaling, 17:20
                                               2nd place- Joseph Kinane, 17:55
                                               3rd place- Brody Witaszek, 19:10

After the race and awards ceremony, a portrait of former Library Trustee, William F. Cranna, was presented to the library by local artist Robert Whelan. The portrait will be installed in the Library’s new location, the Armory, after renovations are completed.
