The Campaign for the Hudson Area Library participated in the Hudson Valley Bounty Chili Fest this weekend where we won First Prize for our Armory Chili! First prize comes with a $500 award that will go to the Fund for the new Hudson Area Library.
Thanks to David Murphy, Theresa Timko Parsons, Betsy Miller, DeWayne Powell, and Ingrid Kildiss and Jeana Marie Lazzara of Perfect Ten for helping out at the fest! And an extra special thanks to Grazin’ Angus Acres for their contribution of beef short ribs and Josephine Proul of Local 111 for making our delicious chili. Yum.
