UPDATE: Out of concern for the well-being of our community, all Hudson Area Library programs, classes, group meetings, and events are suspended through March 31. For information on precautions to stay healthy, for links to government websites with the latest news on Covid-19, and for links to our library online resources visit this link.
NOTE: this ongoing program has been canceled until the library has reopened and we are able to safely resume programs.
The library’s Minecraft Club, where kids and teens get to play and fight together on our special servers, is back to its after-school and Saturday sessions. Explore, gather resources, and survive against monsters that creep, crawl, and explode! These club meetings are Wednesdays 3:30 – 5pm beginning September 5, led by our Tech Services and Reference Librarian, Paul Costa, and Saturdays 12 – 2pm beginning September 29, with Sonia Ruscoe, artist and game enthusiast based in Hudson.
To register for either session, email reference@hudsonarealibrary.org, call 518.828.1792 x100, or visit the main desk in the library. Please note that the pre-existing Wednesday session is full as of this writing, but we can add you to a waitlist.
