Saturday Movie Matinee: Spirited Away (2002)

Program Description: Hudson Area Library’s Tween Advisory Council is pleased to present another Saturday Movie Matinee. This month’s feature will be of the Hayo Miyazki’s  classic Spirited Away. Spirited Away tells the story of 10-year-old Chihiro and her parents who stumble upon a seemingly abandoned amusement park. After her mother and father are turned into giant pigs, Chihiro meets the mysterious Haku, who explains that the park is a resort for supernatural beings who need a break from their time spent in the earthly realm, and that she must work there to free herself and her parents.

Date/Time: Saturday, October 13, 4-7pm

Registration/Suggested Audience:  This movie is open to tweens, teens and families and is held as part of the Council’s ongoing Saturday Movie Matinee series.
