Program Description: In collaboration with the Senior Center; we are continuing to offer the popular “Senior Fitness: Core Strength & Balance with Paul Spector”. This series of 4-week long workshops introduces exercises that improve postural stability, core strength, spatial body awareness, sensory integration, agility and coordination. The class size has a cap of 12 to allow greater flexibility in addressing the needs of each participant. After completing the series of four sessions, the individual will have mastered a balance routine that they can continue independently at home.
