Program Description: For the past two years, moms, dads and caregivers bring their tots (the program is for 0 – 5 years old) to the library each week for Movement & Music for Little Ones & Families with Abby Lappen for an hour of books, songs, exercise and community. Abby involves adults and children in play, rhythm and discovery.
Date/Time: Tuesdays, 10-11am on Zoom.

Abby has been a driving force in the performing arts in this region for over 30 years as founder, director, and dancer/choreographer of Amble Dance. In addition she has led groups and taught at Camphill Village and The Hudson Opera House for twenty years, and has been a consultant in movement and music in mental health. She has recorded five albums, one of which is devoted to quality family time: Generations of Music and Miracles. She is delighted to join in programs for the Library.
This program is free and open to the public and takes place in the library’s Community Room. The library is wheelchair accessible and strollers are welcome.
