In this video Dr. Paul Spector continues his regular Virtual Core Strength & Balance class with more advanced work building from the basic exercises that can make us all steadier and healthier. These classes also include breath work to de-stress our bodies and minds. Classes continue Saturdays, 1:30-2:30pm throughout the summer.
