Event Description: A virtual party with real cheese and real connection!
The Friends of Hudson Area Library, with help from the local cheese experts at Talbott & Arding, are hosting a new type of cheese tasting- one you can attend from the comfort and safety of your own home.
Date/Time: Saturday, November 14, 5pm.
Registration: A $75 donation to the Friends of Hudson Area Library will net you a spot on an exclusive Zoom invite list and will reserve a box with a variety of delicious locally-sourced cheeses. Drop off your donation in cash or check form (payable to “Friends of Hudson Area Library”) at the library during open hours before November 9 along with your email address to be added to the list.
When your donation is received, you will be given information on when and where to pick up your Cheese Box, which will include: enough cheese and crackers for two party-goers, a Zoom invite link that will open the door to the party at 5pm on Saturday November 14, and a list of suggested wine or beverage pairings for each variety of cheese.
On the day of the party, you will be guided through the box by Talbott & Arding’s Brad Daschbach, and can mingle virtually with other party-goers and Friends of the Hudson Area Library. At 5pm, pour your beverage of choice, open your Cheese Box, and join Brad and the Friends for the party!
