Zoom In! Celebrate National Zookeeper Week with Trevor Zoo

Program Description: Join us for a Zoom In! celebration of National Zookeeper Week, and learn about the animals at the nearby Trevor Zoo! The Trevor Zoo is the only zoo in this country that is located at a high school. The zoo was established in 1936 at Millbrook School, a coeducational independent high school in Millbrook, New York. Its founder, Frank Trevor, was Millbrook School’s first biology teacher and a man with a passion for sharing his love of wildlife with all people, especially children.

Learn more on the Trevor Zoo Website or check out one of their live webcams that give you a window to the lives of their lemurs, pandas, and other animals. To visit the zoo, check out our free museum pass program!

Program registration also includes a free craft-to-go kit available for pick-up Monday through Thursday of the week leading up to the program.

Date/Time: Friday, July 23, 10-11am
