Program Description: This family-friendly performance by Concrete Temple Theatre, a multi-disciplinary company, committed to the creation of compelling new theatrical works, incorporating drama, dance, puppetry, music and the visual arts, is inspired by Ernest Shackleton’s famous tale of perseverance and survival. Stranded blends puppetry, humor, and a stark understanding of our profound collective reality. A man fearing something has happened to his son builds a canoe and secretly sets off. Stranded is about escaping and then finding your way; it is a celebration of how we become who we want to be.
