Reducing Stress and Anxiety with the Alexander Technique

Join Becky Sandler, certified Alexander Technique teacher, for this two-class series where you will learn how to move from clenched jaw, furrowed brow, and shallow breathing to more balance, ease, and presence in your daily life. Each class is unique, but if you can’t make both dates, come to one!
