Online Book Club: Zoom Around the World (Monday, September 23)

The Columbia County Libraries Association (CCLA) is launching a new online book club called “Zoom Around the World.” This virtual club will meet via Zoom on the fourth Monday of each month to read and discuss books by international authors. The first book up for discussion is Canadian writer Heather O’Neill’s Lullabies for Little Criminals. O’Neill will join the Zoom meeting to lead off the discussion.

Copies of books will be available to borrow at any of the 11 public libraries in the Columbia County Libraries Association. You can also access eBooks and Audiobooks with your library card. Your friendly Columbia County librarians can show you how to download, read or listen to books.

Dates/Times: 4th Monday of each month, starting Monday, September 23, 6:30pm

Location: Virtual via Zoom

The Columbia County Libraries Association includes the Chatham Public Library, Claverack Free Library, Germantown Library, Hudson Area Library, Kinderhook Memorial Library, Livingston Free Library, New Lebanon Library, North Chatham Free Library, Philmont Public Library, Roeliff Jansen Community Library, and Valatie Free Library.
