Join the Sylvia Center for a six-week virtual cooking program geared towards families with children ages 18 and younger. During each hour-long class, a Chef Educator guides participants through a seasonal vegetarian recipe. Each family can opt in to pick up weekly free fresh food meal kits that feed 4-6 and include all ingredients needed, save for salt and pepper. Curriculum emphasizes the role of nutrition in good health and focuses on building participants’ skills, confidence, and food knowledge inside and outside of the kitchen.
