HAL Book Group
This month, we’ll read and discuss The Women by Kristin Hannah, which tells the story of a young Army Nurse serving in Vietnam, and coming of age during the turbulent 1960’s in America.

Location: In person, 2nd Floor of the Armory in the Senior Center, upstairs from library (elevator available)

Zoom Around the World Book Group
This month, we’ll travel to Japan with Mina’s Matchbox by Yoko Ogawa: “A hypnotic, introspective novel about an affluent Japanese family navigating buried secrets, and their young house guest who uncovers them…” (Goodreads)

Nonfiction Book Group
This month, we’ll read and discuss Crying in H Mart by Michelle Zauner, a moving memoir about growing up Korean-American, her Korean mother’s death, and finding her own identity in the wake of her loss.
