26th Annual Ghostly Gallop – Sunday October 25, 2026

REGISTER

Registration is now open for the October 25, 2026 race! We STRONGLY RECOMMEND registering in advance to secure your spot. If registering on race day, register at the Hudson Jr./Sr. High School Sunday morning 9am-9:45am.

Race Info:

Sat 10/24 11:00am-3:00pm – Bib Pickup (Location To Be Determined)
Sun 10/25 9-9:45am – Race Day Registration & Bib Pickup
Sun 10/25 9:30am – Costume Contest. Costume contest for kids with exciting prizes!
Sun 10/25 10:00am – Kids One-Mile Fun Run. Free for children aged 12 & under.
Sun 10/25 10:30am – 5K Run/Walk. All ages race with free entry for students aged 17 and under.
All participants receive a finisher medal.
5k Run/Walk participants receive a Ghostly Gallop hat.
Medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in seven age categories.

The Ghostly Gallop is a cherished autumn tradition in Hudson, known for its scenic city course and enjoyable family activities at the start and finish lines. This year marks the 26th annual Ghostly Gallop, where participants including runners, walkers, and volunteers come together to support the Hudson Area Library through a 5K road race and Kids One-Mile Fun Run. The 2026 race will be held on Sunday, October 25. This event is a significant fundraiser for the library, crucial for sustaining programs for both adults and children.
