HAL TAC, the Hudson Area Library Tween Advisory Council, collectively designed sweatshirts for the colder weather. The shirts were produced locally in Catskill, NY, at Catskill Mountain T-shirts, and is available in black. 100% proceeds will benefit free youth art programs at the library!
Hudson Area Library Tween Advisory Council is comprised of youth ages 8-12 who take a leadership role in providing input on youth library programs, planning and implementing their own program ideas, recruiting other tweens to be involved in library programs, and engaging in community based projects.
