Program Description: Alzheimer’s is not normal aging. It’s a disease of the brain that causes problems with memory, thinking, and behavior.

Join the Alzheimer’s Association over Zoom to learn about: the impact of Alzheimer’s, the difference between Alzheimer’s and dementia, Alzheimer’s disease stages and risk factors, current treatments available to address some symptoms, and what resources are available through the Alzheimer’s Association.

Virtual: Birding For Beginers

Program Description: This virtual program presented by the Sharon Audubon Center is an interactive way to learn more about the birds around you! This introduction covers the basics of observing, listening, identifying, and understanding bird behaviors. The Sharon Audubon Center manages 4 nature centers in northwestern CT, hosts programs throughout the year, and houses a small natural history museum.

FDR In The Hudson Valley
