Program Description: We are adding our sessions of our popular Core Strength & Balance for the month of December. These classes focus on exercises that improve postural stability, core strength, spatial body awareness, sensory integration, agility and coordination. Core Strength meets virtually on Zoom video conferencing services.
Date/Time: Saturdays, 1:30-2:30pm, December 5, 12, 19, and 26
