Program Description: The library, in collaboration with the City of Hudson Senior Center, is continuing its popular Core Strength & Balance this fall. These classes introduce exercises that improve postural stability, core strength, spatial body awareness, sensory integration, agility and coordination.
Date/Time: First four Saturdays of September, October, and November, 1:30-2:30pm
Audience: The class is free and open to all levels.
